Collection of Personal Information
When you visit our website, you are not required to provide any personally identifiable information. Personal Information includes your name, address, email address or phone number.
You, Intended Parents and Surrogates, may choose to provide us Personal Information if you decide to fill out our Inquiry Forms, or email us in order to contact us or to obtain information about our services. This information may be stored in some way. We may request information about your interests and activities, your gender, age and other demographic information in our questionnaire and other documents.
We may also obtain personal and non-personal information about you from forms you fill out: IVF clinics, attorneys, psychotherapists, contractors, banks, background check information, psychological history and evaluation, medical providers or individuals who will enable your medical cycle and other third parties. We will only collect this if you become a client of our Surrogacy Program.
We may also use information that we collect about you to deliver the services that you requested of us, manage your account and provide you with customer support, communicate with you by email, postal mail, telephone or mobile devices about our services, manage our business and perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
Once you become a registered, paid client, we may share some of your non-identifying personal information to our cleared Surrogate in order to match you with one another.
Initially only non-identifying information will be shared with Intended Parents that have been screened and cleared. When a match occurs, identifying information will be shared.
We may also disclose your information in response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from law enforcement or other government agency.
We may also disclose information to investigate, prevent, report or take other action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud or other wrongdoing in order to protect and defend the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, our employees or others.
We do not collect information from your browser when you visit our website. If you choose to register with us to view profiles or fill out an Intended Parent Profile or a Surrogate Profile, it will be at that time we will obtain information.
We may disclose any information which includes Personal Information if applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request such.
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect any information from anyone under 21 years of age although the Act states 13. Our website and services are all directed to people who are at least 21 years old or older.
